This playful twist on the beloved game of What Am I? is also a powerful yet playful tool for kids to name and engage with their emotions as well as think about all the things they can't see.

Simply pop a card into another player's glasses and get to guessing! Half the deck will help children understand and talk about Invisible Things like emotions, sounds, and dreams as they ask thoughtful questions: "Am I a feeling?" "Do I feel this a lot?" "Does this make me happy?" "Am I love ?" "YES!" The other half of the deck encourages awareness of what's in the world around them as they ask silly questions: "Am I food?" "Am I cheesy?"
